14-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To begin a return, contact us at the email address listed on our Contact page before shipping the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn, unused and unaltered—with all original packaging, accessories, documentation and removable links included. Any security tag attached by Coyle Fine Jewelry & Timepieces must remain intact.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the item received was damaged, defective or materially different from its description. Return shipments must include tracking, insurance for the full purchase price and signature confirmation. The buyer remains responsible for the item until it is delivered to us.

After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error.

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, engraved, resized or serviced after delivery are not eligible for return. Items specifically marked “Final Sale” are also ineligible.

Please contact us immediately if an order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.

This policy applies only to purchases made through coylefinejewelry.com. Purchases made through eBay or another marketplace are governed by the return policy shown on that marketplace.
